The Commonwealth proposes to invite the Tenderer to lodge a tender (Tender) for the Contractor's Activities, the Works and the project described in Item 2 of the Schedule (Project) and will publish on AusTender, or issue by the tender administrator named in Item 3 of the Schedule (Tender Administrator) by email or post (as applicable), the documents described under clause 2.1(z) of the Tender Conditions for the Project (Tender Documents).
