The relationship between the Parties will be governed by Czech law. Unless expressly stipulated otherwise in the Contract, the relationships that come to existence based on this Contract and arising from this Contract are governed by the relevant provisions of the Civil Code, Act No. 89/2012, Coll., as amended, and other applicable laws. The Contracting Parties exclude application of the UN Convention on Contracts for International Sale of Goods to the relationships coming to existence based on this Contract and relating to the Contract.
