This MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of November 2, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and among SORRENTO THERAPEUTICS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”) and YUHAN CORPORATION, a Korean corporation (“Buyer”).
