Submitting an article in the journal means that its authors give their consent to publishing the article in the journal and, in case the article is accepted for publishing, its authors shall transfer to the Editor-in-chief of the journal an exclusive license for the usage of the article, in the original version and the translated version of the journal, on the basis of a License Agreement.
