Save for as set out in the paragraphs below, in the event of any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Purchase Order and any other document relating to this transaction, including any terms and conditions in any invoice, proposal, or other Supplier document, the terms and conditions of this Purchase Order shall govern, unless a written agreement has been signed by the parties to this purchase order prior to the issuance of this purchase order, regarding the purchase of the item/s described in this purchase order.
