In consideration of Bluechip Financials Market Limited, operating under trade license No. 26412 BC 2021, having its principal address at Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Centre, Kingstown, St.Vincent & the Grenadines, and/or any of its affiliates and/or subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "BLUECHIP FINANCIALS MARKET LIMITED"), agreeing to carry one or more trading accounts of the undersigned (hereinafter referred to as "Client") and to provide services to Client in connection with the purchase and sale of Contracts for Difference (collectively referred to as "CFDs") on Equities, Futures, Currency and any similar instruments (collectively referred to as OTC "Contracts"), which may be purchased or sold by or through BLUECHIP FINANCIALS MARKET LIMITED for Client's accounts(s), Client agrees as follows:
