This Market Monitoring Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this 8th day of July, 2013, by and between PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (“PJM”), a Delaware limited liability company with an address at 955 Jefferson Avenue, Valley Forge Corporate Center, Norristown, PA 19403 and Monitoring Analytics, LLC (“IMM”), a Pennsylvania limited liability company with an address at P.O. Box 768, Southeastern, PA 19399-0768. PJM and IMM shall be referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”

On September 7, 2018, PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) filed a new Market Monitoring Services Agreement (new MMSA) between PJM and Monitoring Analytics, LLC (Monitoring Analytics), designated as PJM Rate Schedule FERC No. 46.1 You state that the new MMSA replaces, as of the Commencement Date, i.e. January 1, 2020, the currently effective Market Monitoring Services Agreement (current MMSA) between PJM and Monitoring Analytics, dated July 8, 2013. You further state that the new MMSA is similar to the current MMSA, but includes changes to reflect PJM’s and Monitoring Analytics’ experience over the almost five-year period that the current MMSA has been in effect.2
