In 2009, the city approved a Brownfield Plan for the Station 65 Redevelopment Project, located at 65 Market Street. In connection with the Brownfield Plan, the Brownfield Authority entered into a Reimbursement Agreement with Station 65, pursuant to which it will reimburse Station 65 for certain costs incurred in accordance with the redevelopment.
