THIS MARKETING AND CUSTOMER REFERRAL AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is executed to be effective as of , 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CASH AMERICA INTERNATIONAL, INC. a Texas corporation (“Parent”), and ENOVA INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Enova International”).
