This MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the date of the last to be made signature below (the “Effective Date”), by and among Park City Municipal Corporation (the “Customer,”), PacifiCorp (“Company”) and Elektron Solar, LLC (“Developer”). Customer, Company and Developer are together sometimes hereinafter referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
