The following Marketplace Development Terms (the Development Terms) forms a part of the Marketplace Master Terms (the Master Terms) that together with any Additional Terms constitutes a binding agreement between the entity or individual with the necessary rights to make the Extension available on the Marketplace (Developer or you) and X.commerce, Inc. d/b/a Magento, Inc. (Magento). Capitalized terms are either defined where the text is bolded and in italics, in the last paragraph of the Master Terms or in a Partner Agreement that you may have agreed to.
