agreed to between Scout Exchange LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a principal office located at 501 Boylston Street, Third Floor, Boston, MA 02116 (“Scout”), the search firm or other workforce solutions provider (the “Search Firm”) who will provide candidates for contingent permanent placement positions to hiring companies as part of the Marketplace (defined below), and the hiring company receiving such services from the Search Firm (the “Company”)(collectively the “Parties”).
