This TRUST AGREEMENT is between EDWARD GRAHAM MARTIN JR., of Grayson County, Texas, as Settlor (the “Settlor”), and EDWARD GRAHAM MARTIN JR., of Grayson County, Texas, as initial Trustee (hereinafter referred to as the “Trustee” or “Trustees”). This Trust Agreement will be effective as of the date the Trustee signs below (“Effective Date”). The Settlor is a citizen of the United States of America.
