This Master Agreement for Construction Management Services (“Master Agreement” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 9th day of February, 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the WOODLAND JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter referred to as “District”) and PREMIER MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Construction Manager”) for construction management services relating to the various Modernization and New Construction Projects that will be funded by Measure Y (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Projects” or individually as a “Project”). Each individual Project to be completed under this Agreement shall be finalized and approved by the Parties as set forth below and the Construction Manager shall not commence any services on any particular Project until the District approves a written Scope Amendment (as detailed below) and issues a written Notice to Proceed (“NOP”) to the Construction Manager.
