option, exercisable in writing, to extend this Agreement for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each (“Subsequent Term(s)”). Subsequent Terms shall be authorized by written Notice given by Judicial Council. Service Work Orders must be authorized prior to the termination date of this Agreement and no new Service Work Orders shall be authorized after the termination date of this Agreement. The end date for services authorized in a Service Work Order may exceed the termination date of this Agreement; provided, however, that the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect with regard to any outstanding Service Work Order(s) after the termination date of this Agreement until the Work of said Service Work Order(s) is complete.
