THIS CONTRACT (the “Contract”) is made and entered into this 1st day of June, 2024 by and between HURON VALLEY SCHOOLS (hereinafter the “School District”), a Michigan general powers School District, whose address is 2390 S. Milford Road, Highland, Michigan 48357, and ESS Midwest, Inc. (hereafter the “Contractor”), a Michigan corporation, whose address is 212 Kent Street, Suite 12, Portland, MI 48875 (each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
