This Master Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the 21st of August, 2018 ("Effective Date") by and between Eligo Energy IL, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company with its principal place of business at 201 W. Lake St., Ste 151, Chicago, IL 60606 ("Eligo" or "Vendor"), and Stickney Village, an Illinois Village and Government Aggregator, with its principal place of business at 6533 Pershing Road, Stickney, IL 60402 (the "Village" or "Governmental Aggregator") (each a "Party" and collectively, "Parties").

PROGRAM (“Master Agreement”) is made as of (the “Effective Date”) between Eligo Energy IL, LLC (“Eligo” or “Vendor” or “Supplier”) and Village of Stickney (“Village” or “Government Aggregator”). Vendor and Village may be referenced individually as a “Party” or together as the “Parties.”
