This Master Agreement (“Agreement”) establishes basic terms and conditions under which Aqua Water Supply Corporation may consent to transfer portions of its certificated retail water service area to the City of Elgin is made and entered into by and between Aqua Water Supply Corporation (hereinafter called “Aqua”), a non-profit water supply corporation in Bastrop, Caldwell, Williamson, Lee, Fayette, and Travis Counties, Texas, and the City of Elgin, Texas (hereinafter called “Elgin”), a home rule city, body politic of the State of Texas, and retail public utility, and is effective the day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”).
