This MASTER AMENDMENT TO: MASTER LEASE AND DEED OF TRUST; LEASE SUPPLEMENT NO. 1; ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AND RENT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT; AND DEED OF TRUST AND SECURITY AGREEMENT WITH ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS(this “Master Amendment”) is entered into as of December 8, 2006 among Sabre Inc., a Delaware corporation, as Lessee (the “Lessee”); CSL LEASING INC., a Delaware corporation, as Lessor (the “Lessor”); JEFFREY A. RATTIKIN, as trustee (the “Deed of Trust Trustee”); and WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, a Delaware banking corporation, as Indenture Trustee (the “Indenture Trustee”).
