This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 10TH day of August in the year 2023 by and between the WOODLAND JOINT UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafter referred to as “DISTRICT,” and HMC GROUP, hereinafter referred to as “ARCHITECT.” This AGREEMENT shall include all terms and conditions set forth herein.
