This Master Bareboat Charter Agreement (the Agreement), dated as of the day of , 2022 (the Effective Date), is made and entered into by and between MAD MARINE, LLC (herein called the Owner), a Louisiana limited liability company, herein represented by and appearing through its duly authorized representative, and MIKE’S MARINE SERVICE, LLC (herein called the Charterer), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Louisiana, herein represented by and appearing through its duly authorized representative, under the following terms and conditions:

This Work Order is entered into on this ___ day of _______________, 2022 and is made a part of that certain Master Bareboat Charter Agreement (the Agreement) by and between MAD MARINE , L.LC. (herein referred to as the Owner) and MIKE’S MARINE SERVICES, L.L.C., (herein referred to as the Charterer), dated _____________, 20__. The Charter does hereby bareboat charter the herein described boat in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and on the further terms herein set forth:
