THIS MASTER BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is between PrimePay, LLC (“Company”) and the employer (“Client”). This Agreement governs the provision of the Company’s benefits administration service to Client which assists Client through its COBRA, Pre-Tax Reimbursement, and HR3 solutions.
