Trademark Management, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership (“Master Broker”), has entered into that certain Management, Construction Management Services, and Leasing Agreement (the “Master Agreement”) with Bridgewater Commons Mall II, LLC and Bridgewater Commons Mall Development, LLC (together, the “Owner”) which authorizes Master Broker to manage and lease the mall property legally described on Exhibit A (the “Mall Project”). Master Broker has agreed to co-lease the Mall Project and intended to be used for retail or restaurant purposes with Welco Realty Inc. (herein “Broker”), subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Master Broker Listing Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated effective as of March 31, 2020.
