This MASTER COAL PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into and is effective as of the 13th day of December, 2001, between Kennecott Coal Sales Company (“Kennecott”), an Oregon corporation, and Otter Tail Power Company (“Otter Tail”), a division of Otter Tail Corporation, a Minnesota corporation. Both Kennecott and Otter Tail may be individually referred to herein as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
