This Cover Sheet, together with the General Terms and Conditions for the Coal Trading Association 2010 Master Coal Purchase and Sale Agreement, exhibits, schedules, and any written supplements hereto, any designated collateral, credit support or margin agreement or similar arrangement between the Parties and all Transactions (including any Confirmations accepted in accordance with Article 1.2) shall be referred to as the “Master Agreement”.
