This MASTER COMMERCIAL AGREEMENT is entered into as of , 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Hewlett-Packard Company, a Delaware corporation, having a place of business at 1501 Page Mill Road, Palo Alto, California 94304 (“HPI”), and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company, a Delaware corporation, having a place of business at 3000 Hanover Street, Palo Alto, California 94304 (“HPE”).
