Consultant shall provide the services and deliverables (hereinafter "the Work") set forth in one or more Statements of Work signed by the parties and specifically referencing this Agreement (each a “Statement of Work” or “SOW”). The Work shall consist of advice and consultation (including preparation and provision of reports and other work product) and, except as set forth in the applicable SOW, include the provision of all personnel, equipment, facilities and supplies necessary to perform the Work. b
