This Modification, dated effective April 16, 2019, is between Clean Water Services (District), and Carollo Engineers, Inc. (Consultant), and amends the parties’ Master Contract for Wastewater Treatment Plant Engineering dated effective January 8, 2013, and any nonwork specific amendments to it, as amended by the Forty-Sixth Amendment to Master Contract dated Effective December 31, 2017 and the First Modification dated effective December 31, 2018 (collectively, Contract).
