This MASTER COVERED PICTURE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 25, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between LG Film Finance I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Purchaser” or “FilmCo”), and Lions Gate Films Inc., a Delaware corporation (“LGF”).
