This Master Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the Foothill- De Anza Community College District, 12345 El Monte Road, Los Altos Hills, CA 94022, (hereinafter, referred to as the “District”), and , located at , (hereinafter referred to as “Design Professional”) as of the date of District’s execution (“Effective Date”).
