This Master Developer Designation Agreement (this “Agreement”) entered into this 20th day of November, 2014 between the Somerville Redevelopment Authority (“SRA”), an authority organized and existing pursuant to M.G.L. c. 121B with a business address of 93 Highland Avenue, Somerville, MA 02143, and Union Square Station Associates LLC (“US2” or “Master Developer”), a Delaware limited liability company with a business address of 225 North Columbus Drive, Suite 100, Chicago, IL 60601. The SRA and US2 shall be jointly referred to herein as the “Parties”.
