AGREEMENT FOR MT. SARATOGA PROJECT (this “Agreement”) is entered into and effective as of , 2016, by and among LEADING EDGE DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Edge”), and DCP SARATOGA LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“DCP”, and together with Edge, individually and collectively, the “Developer”), and the CITY OF SARATOGA SPRINGS, a municipal corporation and political subdivision of the State of Utah (the “City”) (individually a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
