Owner-operated equipment shall in no way be used to circumvent the intentions and provisions of this Agreement. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be applicable to owner-operated equipment to the extent only of any work defined in Article and this Agreement shall in no way be interpreted so as to apply to any other operations of an operator. Owner-operators shall be or shallbecome members of the Union.
