In consideration of your provision of the service described below and/or Financing (as defined below) to us from time to time at your sole discretion in respect of documentary credits which are issued in favour of us as the beneficiary (each such documentary credit, a “Credit”), we, the Company named below, hereby agree with the Bank as follows:
