Enron North America Corp., a Delaware corporation ("Buyer" or "Company"), and Enron Compression Services Company, a Delaware corporation ("Seller" or "Customer"), referred to collectively as the "Parties," enter into this Master Firm Purchase Agreement (together with all Transactions, collectively, this "Agreement") effective as of the 29th Day of March, 2000 (the "Effective Date"). The ENFOLIO General Provisions set forth in Appendix "1" shall apply to this Agreement.
