THIS AGREEMENT is made entered into and dated as of October 1, 1999 June 1, 2001, (Effective Date), by and between PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY (PG&E Core), a California corporation, on behalf of its Core natural gas customers in California (PG&E Core) and ENRON CANADA CORPORATION., a Canadian corporation (“Company”), Pacific Gas and Electric Company is currently the debtor in possession in Case No. 01-30923 DM (Chapter 11) of the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division. PG&E Core and Company are sometimes collectively referred to collectively as “the Parties” or singularly as a “Party.”.
