This document contains the main terms and conditions of the PruFund Funds available in the Prudential ISA. The document is based on the Master Insurance Agreement which is an agreement between The Prudential Assurance Company Limited (the Insurer), LFI (Nominees) Limited (the Policyholder) and Link Financial Investments Limited (the ISA Plan Manager) by which the PruFund Funds are made available for investment through the ISA as a life insurance policy. Copies of the Master Insurance Agreement are available on request.
