Wilmington Trust, National Association, as notes collateral trustee (“we” or the “undersigned”), have been advised that Real Alloy Recycling, Inc. (“Lessee”) has entered into and/or (as the case may be) in the future may enter into one or more lease or other financing transactions evidenced by one or more equipment schedules between Lessor and Lessee (each, a "Schedule" and collectively, the “Schedules”) incorporating the terms of that certain Master Lease Agreement dated as of March 2, 2016 (the "Master Lease") between Lessee and CF Equipment Leases, LLC (successor by assignment from General Electric Capital Corporation) (the Schedules, the Master Lease and all other documents and instruments evidencing or relating to any of the foregoing, as any of the same may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, are collectively referred to as the "Transaction Documents").
