THIS MASTER LENDER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) made and entered into as of the 1st day of January, 2016, by and among the NEVADA RURAL HOUSING AUTHORITY (the “Administrator”), the NEVADA RURAL HOUSING AUTHORITY (the “Authority”), whose address is 3695 Desatoya Drive, Carson City, Nevada 89701, and whose Taxpayer Identification Number is 88-0153252, and the lenders set forth on Schedule 1 hereto (each in their individual capacity, a “Lender”).
