This Master SaaS and Services Agreement for MATCHAWARDS (this “Agreement”) is entered into between Advanced Internet Technologies, Inc., a North Carolina Corporation (“AIT”) with a place of business at 421 Maiden Lane, Fayetteville, NC 28301 and the Customer (“MatchAwards User”).
