(“Master Agreement”) is entered into by and between the STATE OF CONNECTICUT, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, (the “DOT”), and the City of Milford, 110 River Street, Milford, Connecticut 06460 (the “Municipality”). The DOT or the Municipality may be referred to each individually as the “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
