THIS MASTER NATURAL GAS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into effective as of this 4th day of December, 2007, by and between Homeland Energy Solutions, an Iowa limited liability company with its principal offices at 106 West Main, Riceville, Iowa 50466 (“Owner”), and Cornerstone Energy, LLC d/b/a Constellation NewEnergy — Gas Division CEI, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with its principal offices at 11011 Q Street, Suite 106A, Omaha, Nebraska (“CNEG”).
