THIS SERIES A SUPPLEMENT TO THE MASTER NOTE PURCHASE AND PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT, dated as of January 15, 2020 (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this “Supplement”), is entered into by and among LMRK ISSUER CO.
