This Master Outside Legal Counsel Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made at Vallejo, California, dated for reference this day of April 2020, by and between the CITY OF VALLEJO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “City”, and PORTER SCOTT, hereinafter referred to as “Outside Legal Counsel.” This Agreement supersedes the prior Master Outside Legal Counsel Services Agreement entered into on March 9, 2020. City and Outside Legal Counsel agree as follows:
