This Collective Agreement distinguishes between two broad categories of work; namely, work that is covered by the “modified provisions” of this construction agreement and work that is not. “Modified provisions” apply to all work on Lines & Stations and most work on existing generating sites.

The amendments contained in the Statement of Settlement, dated May have been incorporated into the Master Portion of the Collective Agreement in accordance with Article 33.1 of the Collective Agreement negotiated between the Senior Bargaining Committees of The Electrical Power Systems Construction Association and the Power Council of Unions.
