THIS MASTER PREPAID LEASE (this “Agreement”) is entered into this 30th day of November, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and among T-Mobile USA Tower LLC and T-Mobile West Tower LLC, each a Delaware limited liability company (each, a “T-Mobile Lessor” and, collectively, the “T-Mobile Lessors”), T-MOBILE USA, INC., a Delaware corporation (“T-Mobile Parent”), and CCTMO LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Tower Operator”).
