This Amended and Restated Master Product Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 16th day of December, 2015 (the “Execution Date”) by and between Smart Sand, Inc. a Delaware Corporation, with a place of business at 1010 Stony Hill Rd, Ste 175, Yardley, PA 19067 (“Smart Sand”) and Archer Pressure Pumping, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with a place of business at 10613 W.
