THIS PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of June 13, 2022 by and between Park Avenue Solar Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Client”), and CBRE, INC., a Delaware corporation (“CBRE”).
