ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT (Terry Ranch) (this “Agreement”) dated , 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and between WINGFOOT WATER RESOURCES LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Wingfoot”), and THE CITY OF GREELEY, COLORADO, a Colorado home rule municipal corporation, (“City”), acting by and through its WATER ENTERPRISE (“Greeley”) (Wingfoot and Greeley each being a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”).
