AGREEMENT (Agreement) is made and entered into on the last date executed below (Effective Date) by and among the NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the State of North Carolina (Department), and [GRANTEE] ([ABBRV]), a business corporation of the State of North Carolina (Grantee). Unless otherwise provided, the Department and Grantee will be referred to individually as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
